Do I have to be home for the pick up or delivery?

No, simply place your bag outside by 8 A.M. and our driver will pick it up without disturbing you. We will notify you when we have picked up and when we will deliver. For delivery, we provide sturdy hooks that attach to your door and allow us to hang your clothes on the door without the chance of it being harmed.

Do you have a store where I can drop off the clothes?

At the moment, we do not. Hopefully in the not too distant future we will be able to open one!

Where do you clean my clothes?

We have a cleaning plant in Rancho Cucamonga. It is currently not open to the public.

Is there a minimum number of items required per order?

No. Feel free to call us for one or 1000 items, we will process your order regardless.

What if I will be out of town on the delivery day?

Simply let us know with a text message or call and we will hold your clothes until you get back.

How do I ask for an alteration or mark a stain?

Simply make a note and attach it to the garment in question. To make sure we don't miss it, place it in a separate bag (grocery bag) inside your pick-up bag.

What if I have more clothes than will fit in my bag?

Just put extra clothes in a plastic bag next to your blue My Valet Dry Cleaner bag. If you regularly need more than one bag, we will be happy to supply them.

What do I do if I have a problem after my clothes have been delivered?

We pride ourselves on quality and customer satisfaction. If, for whatever reason, you are not happy with your clothes, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will address the situation and take the necessary action to resolve the matter promptly.

I missed the 8 A.M. deadline to place the clothes outside, what do I do?

Please call us. More often than not, we can still pick it up and deliver it on regular schedule. If that isn't possible, we will deliver the next day.

How do you charge me for the dry cleaning?

Most customers pay with a credit or debit card. We email you a statement of that order before we even deliver your clothes. That way the charge will not be a surprise. We only charge after the clothes is delivered (usually that day or the following). We will call you before your first order is delivered to set up the payment information. The statement description should say "MYVALETDRYCLEANER.COM".

How much is the pick-up and delivery cost?

There is no additional cost at all! No minimum monthly purchase!
